Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026
These terms govern your use of UddoktaPay and Paymently, operated by Revoltify Technologies. By creating an account, purchasing a licence, or using the software, you agree to them.
1. What we provide
We offer two products:
- UddoktaPay — a self-hosted payment automation platform, sold as a licence that you install and run on infrastructure you control.
- Paymently — a hosted dashboard where we run the same platform for you.
2. We do not hold your money
This is the most important thing to understand about the service. UddoktaPay and Paymently are non-custodial. Payments from your customers go directly into payment accounts that you own and control, such as your own bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account.
We never receive, hold, transmit, or take custody of your funds or your customers' funds at any point. We are a software provider, not a payment service provider, bank, or money transmitter. We do not settle funds to you, because we never have them.
It follows that we cannot reverse, recall, or refund a payment made by your customer to you. Any such dispute is between you, your customer, and the relevant wallet or bank.
3. Your account
You must give accurate registration details and keep them current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials, API keys, and two-factor methods secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract, and you must not use the service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
4. Licence
For the self-hosted product we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run the software for your own business, subject to the plan you purchased and to continued compliance with these terms.
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publish the source code, remove or obscure licensing and attribution mechanisms, or share your licence with another party. You may modify the software for your own internal use; modifications are unsupported and remain your responsibility.
5. Fees and billing
Plans are sold on a monthly, yearly, or one-time basis, as shown at the time of purchase. Recurring plans renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Prices may change, and we will give notice before a change affects a renewal.
All plans include lifetime updates and support as described in section 6. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You are responsible for any taxes, bank charges, or gateway fees arising from your use of the service.
6. Support
Support is provided through our support ticket system. Our support hours are 10:00 to 18:00, Saturday to Thursday. Friday is a non-working day. We do not operate a support telephone line.
Support covers the software as supplied. It does not cover your server, hosting environment, custom modifications, or third-party integrations we did not build.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own business and its compliance. In particular you must:
- hold and maintain whatever licences, registrations, and approvals your business requires;
- comply with the terms of every payment provider, wallet, and bank whose accounts you connect;
- comply with applicable law, including tax, consumer protection, and anti-money-laundering rules;
- use the service within the Acceptable Use Policy;
- secure the server on which you run the self-hosted software, including updates, backups, and access control.
8. Third-party services
The platform connects to wallets, banks, aggregators, and international processors operated by third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, fees, decisions, or conduct. Your relationship with each of them is governed by their own terms.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the hosted service available and to publish incidents on our status page, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons, and will try to give reasonable notice where circumstances allow.
10. Intellectual property
The software, its source code, branding, and documentation remain the property of Revoltify Technologies. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Your data remains yours.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service or cancel a recurring plan at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if payment fails, or if we are required to do so by law.
On termination your licence ends and you must stop using the software. Because we never hold your funds, termination does not affect money already received in your own payment accounts.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that automated verification will identify every payment in every circumstance.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops or the law changes. We will update the date at the top of this page, and material changes will be notified through the dashboard or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
