Welcome to UddoktaPay! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UddoktaPay website, software, and services (the “Services”), so please carefully read them before using the Services.

Restrictions :

You are specifically restricted from all of the following :

• The license provided by UddoktaPay must not be abused or used for illegal purposes.
• The license cannot be used for any illegal purposes, including betting websites, investment websites, or any other websites that are illegal in Bangladesh. Users found to be in violation of this rule will be immediately terminated from our service and may face legal action.
• The license provided by UddoktaPay is only intended for use on websites that comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• UddoktaPay reserves the right to terminate the license of any user found to be in violation of these terms, including but not limited to those who use the license to engage in illegal activities or breach government regulations.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS :

By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES :

UddoktaPay provides a self-hosted payment automation software that helps businesses manage their financial operations more efficiently. Our Services include invoicing, billing management, and payment processing, as well as built-in API integrations for popular mobile financial services (MFS) and global payment options.

PAYMENT AND FEES :

UddoktaPay offers different packages for users, which are subject to different fees. Users will be notified of any fees associated with their chosen package during the sign-up process. Users are responsible for paying any fees associated with their chosen package, as well as any additional fees or charges that may be incurred during their use of the Services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY :

The Services and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UddoktaPay and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services or included software, nor may they reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Services or software.

DISCLAIMERS :

UddoktaPay provides the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to the Services or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Services for any purpose.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION :

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT :

Individuals aged 18 years or older will be eligible for using our Services. UddoktaPay maintains a strict non-discrimination policy for use of UddoktaPay services. Any individual aged 18 years or older will be eligible for using UddoktaPay irrespective of cast, creed, faith, gender, nationality or any other individual identity.

AGE ELIGIBILITY :

These Terms, including our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UddoktaPay regarding the use of the Services.

IDENTIFICATION :

You must provide correct and updated information to UddoktaPay for opening and maintaining your account. You need to input your valid National ID/ Birth Certificate information to opening your Account.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION :

UddoktaPay may validate your identity and may take the assistance of third parties to make inquiries about the information you provide to UddoktaPay. For the process of verifying information, you may need to provide further information or documentation, or follow directed procedures to confirm ownership of your email address, phone number, etc. This information may be requested through third party if required.

Any objection on your part to provide further information or documentation as requested by UddoktaPay shall constitute ineligibility for using UddoktaPay services.

TERMINATION :

UddoktaPay may terminate or suspend access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
